ItalianoVignaunica IGP Veronese Chardonnay
Vignaunica is a single 2 hectare vineyard in the village of Dolcé in Valdadige. It consists of a sandy, slightly chalky soil and the vines are planted in neat, high density, cordon trained rows.
Picked in the early morning, to avoid the heat, the perfectly healthy grapes (100% Chardonnay) undergo fermentation temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged for 12 months in stainless steel and sometimes – depending on the vintage – a small percentage of oak
