This grappa is distilled from the marcs of Amarone wine, after the vinification of his dried grapes, which takes place between November and March, after the harvest.

The grapes are harvested by hand from our vineyards and are then vinified together after long drying in the “fruttaio”. Suitable to end an important meal in a refined way, this grappa enhances its aromatic complexity if served at room temperature.
